Ter-O Concept or Laroche trailer?
Martin Remorques does not sell Ter-O Concept. For the same need, here are the brands sold at Martin Remorques:
Ter-O Concept, from Sherbrooke, has built utility, dump and flatbed trailers for more than 20 years, including the Eco F3, the Utilitaire Standard and a hydraulic tilt flatbed. For the same uses, Martin Remorques sells galvanized Laroche utility trailers and N&N dump, flatbed and tilt trailers, all built in Québec.

Ter-O Concept trailers at a glance
Remorques Ter-O Concept is based in Sherbrooke, in the Eastern Townships, with more than 20 years of experience. It sells its trailers through retail locations and highlights quality materials, including aluminum.
Its range includes the Eco F3, the Utilitaire Standard and Utilitaire HD, the Dompeur and Dompeur Utilitaire, the Plate-Forme Dompeur, the Plate-Forme U.S., the 80 and 101 in flatbeds and the hydraulic Plate-Forme Tilt. The Utilitaire Standard comes with one or two axles, 16 in sheet metal sides and a treated plank floor. If you saw one, note its model: the Eco F3, the Standard and the HD are not meant for the same loads.
Ter-O Concept or Laroche utility trailer?
At Martin Remorques, the utility trailer is the Laroche, galvanized and built in Québec. Galvanizing protects the steel from rust with no paint to touch up, which matters for a trailer that sits outside all winter and rides on salted roads.
The 4 × 8 ft has a 3,500 lb axle and 14 in wheels; the 4.5 × 8 ft comes with a 2,000 lb axle and 13 in wheels, or a 3,500 lb axle and 14 in wheels; the 66 in × 10 ft has two 2,000 lb axles. All have a rear ramp and a triple tongue, and the smaller ones have 13 in sides with a top rail and a 5/8 in plywood floor.
Utility dump or Torrent HD 6 × 12
Ter-O Concept builds a utility dump, halfway between a utility trailer and a dump trailer. At our shop, the compact dump trailer is the fully galvanized N&N Torrent HD 6 × 12 ft: a 2 × 6 × 1/4 in tube frame, an 11-gauge steel box with 23 in sides, 14-gauge diamond plate fenders and two 7,500 lb galvanized axles.
Its 7-ton telescopic cylinder lifts the box, the double-action rear gate dumps or spreads the load, and the loading ramp brings a small machine on board. It also has a roll tarp with a guard, removable plank holders, rear stabilizer legs and an aluminum box with a 15 A smart charger. It is the size for large properties and small contractors.
80 or 101 in flatbed: the deck width
Ter-O Concept offers 80 and 101 in wide flatbeds. The difference matters: a deck between the fenders limits the machine’s width, while a deck above the wheels uses the trailer’s full width, at the cost of a higher floor.
Our 7 ft N&N flatbeds give 82 in between the fenders, with a 2 × 8 in hemlock floor, side stake pockets with a tie-down rail and galvanized axles with electric brakes, from the 7 × 16 ft to the 7 × 22 ft. For a wider machine, the 24 ft Deck Over Tilt has a 102 in full-width deck that tilts hydraulically.
Dump flatbed: dump trailer or flatbed?
Ter-O Concept’s Plate-Forme Dompeur combines a deck with a dump tilt. At our shop, two trailers cover that need. The N&N Torrent dump trailer has 15 × 72 in slide-in ramps: it carries a small machine to the site, then dumps soil or gravel on the way back.
The Lowland, on the other hand, is a tilt trailer: its deck tips to load a machine or a car without ramps, with a low 21 in deck and 82 in between the fenders. If you often dump bulk material, take the dump trailer; if you mostly carry machines, take the tilt. For both uses, let us talk about the volume and weight of your loads.
Buying your trailer at Martin Remorques
At our lot in Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare, in Lanaudière, the Laroche utility trailers, the Torrent HD and the N&N flatbeds stand side by side: you compare side heights, ramps and axles. If you are looking at a Ter-O Concept, note its model and dimensions: we will show you the trailer that does the same job.
To buy, we work with National Bank of Canada for bank financing and, for businesses, with Crédit-Bail CLÉ for commercial leasing, and we prepare the application with you. After the sale, our workshop handles maintenance, repairs and equipment installation, and our parts counter finds the lighting, hitch, wheels, tires and winch your trailer needs.
Does Martin Remorques sell Ter-O Concept trailers?
No, we are not a Ter-O Concept dealer. We sell N&N dump, flatbed and tilt trailers and Laroche utility trailers, built in Québec. For a utility trailer, it is the galvanized Laroche.
Which Laroche utility trailer should I choose?
The 4 × 8 ft is enough for the yard and small jobs. The 4.5 × 8 ft gives 6 in more for furniture and materials. The 66 in × 10 ft, on two 2,000 lb axles with a treated plank floor, carries a riding mower or an ATV.
What is a full-width flatbed?
It is a flatbed whose deck runs over the wheels instead of between the fenders. The 24 ft N&N Deck Over Tilt gives 102 in of usable width this way, compared with 82 in between the fenders on our 7 ft flatbeds.
Is a 6 × 12 dump trailer enough for a homeowner?
For soil, mulch, branches and debris from a large property, yes. The Torrent HD 6 × 12 ft has an 11-gauge box, a 7-ton cylinder and a loading ramp, on two 7,500 lb axles. Check your vehicle’s towing capacity with us.
Can you service my Ter-O Concept trailer?
Yes. Our workshop handles general maintenance, repairs and equipment installation on trailers of any make. Call us with the make, year and the work needed. Our parts counter also finds lighting, hitches, wheels and tires.
Can I finance a trailer at Martin Remorques?
Yes. We work with National Bank of Canada for bank financing and, for businesses, with Crédit-Bail CLÉ for commercial leasing. We prepare the application with you; the institution approves it and sets the rate.
