Terms of use
The rules that apply when you browse the Martin Remorques et V.R. website and send us a request. Last updated: October 19, 2026.
The website and its owner
martinremorquelanaudiere.com belongs to Martin Remorques et V.R., 270, route 343, Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare, Quebec J0K 1C0, 450 759-0472. By using the website, you accept these terms.
Trailers, prices and availability
We publish the descriptions, photos, specifications and prices of the trailers in stock in good faith. Inventory moves quickly: a trailer can be sold before the website is updated. Call us at 450 759-0472 before you travel for a specific trailer.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Model specifications come from the manufacturers, who can change them from one model year to the next.
Requests sent through the website
A request for information, a quote, a visit, an appointment or a part does not hold a trailer and is not a purchase. Our team answers by phone or email, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the sale is concluded with them.
Financing
Martin Remorques is not a lender. We work with National Bank of Canada and Crédit-Bail CLÉ: we prepare the application with you; the institution approves it and sets the rate and terms.
Content and trademarks
The text, photos and logo on the website belong to Martin Remorques et V.R. or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal use; any other reproduction requires our written permission.
Ideal Cargo, N&N, Laroche, Weberlane and the other brands named on the website belong to their owners. Mentioning a brand we do not carry implies no connection with its manufacturer.
Reviews and links to other websites
The reviews shown on the home page come from our Google Business Profile and are reproduced as is. Links to manufacturer, Google and government websites are there to help you; we do not control their content.
Liability
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act or other Quebec laws.
Personal information
Our privacy policy explains what we do with the information you entrust to us and how to exercise your rights.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may change them; the version published on this page is the one in force.
