LOOKING FOR A CHAMBERLAND TRAILER?

Chamberland or N&N trailer?

Martin Remorques does not sell Chamberland. For the same need, here are the brands sold at Martin Remorques:

Chamberland, from Saint-Gabriel-de-Brandon, has built galvanized steel trailers since 2006: dump trailers, Deckover and car hauler flatbeds, hydraulic tilt trailers, utility and custom trailers, sold through distributors. For the same uses, Martin Remorques sells N&N dump, flatbed and tilt trailers and Laroche utility trailers, built in Québec, in Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare, also in Lanaudière.

Chamberland trailers at a glance

Chamberland builds its trailers on site in Saint-Gabriel-de-Brandon, in Lanaudière, and has served the region since 2006. Everything is built in galvanized steel, to SAAQ construction standards, and several models are made to order: length, width, capacity, axles, wheels and hitch. The braking system is added according to the planned gross vehicle weight rating.

The range includes dump trailers, Deckover and Car Hauler flatbeds, hydraulic tilt trailers, log, ATV and Spyder trailers, single and tandem axle galvanized utility trailers and tiny house trailers. Chamberland also builds self-dumping hoppers and sells its trailers through authorized distributors.

Chamberland dump trailer or N&N Torrent?

To dump soil, gravel or debris, our answer is the N&N dump trailer. The Torrent, from 7 × 12 to 7 × 16 ft, has an 11-gauge galvanized steel box with 23 in sides and 28 in front and rear walls, on a 4 × 6 in tube frame. Its telescopic cylinder is 7 tons on the 12 ft and 12 tons on the 14 and 16 ft.

Its galvanized axles with electric brakes range from 7,000 to 10,000 lb depending on the model, and a three-axle 7,000 lb version comes in 16 ft. The double-action rear gate opens as a barn door or a spreader, the roll tarp covers the load and the 15 × 72 in slide-in ramps load a small machine. Less expensive, the 7 × 12 ft Storm has an 11-gauge box and a 7-ton cylinder.

Deckover or Deck Over Tilt

Chamberland builds Deckover flatbeds, with the deck above the wheels, and hydraulic Tilts. N&N combines the two in the 24 ft Deck Over Tilt: a 102 in full-width deck, an 8 in H frame, two 7,500 lb galvanized axles and an 8,550 lb load capacity. The deck tilts with a double-acting cylinder, and the machine loads without ramps.

It has a winch rail and a welded winch plate, side stake pockets with a tie-down rail, a 13 × 16 × 48 in under-frame box, a toolbox built into the tongue and fold-down steps. Its deck sits 36 in off the ground; for a lower deck, the 18 or 20 ft Lowland sits at 21 in, with a tilt assisted by a 14,000 lb cylinder.

A galvanized utility trailer for home

Chamberland builds single and tandem axle galvanized utility trailers. At our shop, it is the Laroche, galvanized and built in Québec. The 4 × 8 ft has a 3,500 lb axle, 14 in wheels, 13 in sides with a top rail, a 5/8 in plywood floor, a rear ramp and a triple tongue.

The 4.5 × 8 ft gives a little more width, and the 66 in × 10 ft, on two 2,000 lb axles, has a treated plank floor, four floor rings and a jack wheel. To carry an ATV, compare with the 66 in × 10 ft Laroche or, to travel dry, with the Ideal Cargo Sport Zone enclosed trailer and its ramp door.

Custom-built or ready to go?

Chamberland builds several trailers to order: you choose the length, width, capacity, axles, wheels and hitch, then the trailer is built. It is the right path for a very specific need, but you have to allow for build time.

Our N&N and Laroche trailers are on our lot, already equipped: you see and compare them before you buy. When the need is out of the ordinary, we order a Weberlane in the configuration you need: a 3.5 to 10 ton Tilt-N-Load, a standard or heavy equipment trailer with a gooseneck, a 10 ft hydraulic beavertail or three axles. We choose the model and options with you.

Buying your trailer at Martin Remorques

Martin Remorques and Chamberland are both in Lanaudière. At our lot in Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare, you see a Torrent’s box, the Deck Over Tilt’s deck and the Laroche utility trailers up close. If you are weighing a Chamberland, note its dimensions and capacity: we will show you the N&N or Laroche trailer that does the same job.

To buy, we work with National Bank of Canada for bank financing and, for businesses, with Crédit-Bail CLÉ for commercial leasing, and we prepare the application with you. After the sale, our workshop handles maintenance, repairs and equipment installation, and our parts counter finds the lighting, hitch, wheels, tires and winch your trailer needs.

Can the N&N Deck Over Tilt carry a mini excavator?

It depends on its weight: the 24 ft Deck Over Tilt carries 8,550 lb on a 102 in full-width deck. Give us the machine’s weight with its attachments and we will check the right trailer and vehicle with you.

Do you have a trailer for an ATV?

Yes. The 66 in × 10 ft Laroche utility trailer has a rear ramp and four tie-down rings, and the Ideal Cargo Sport Zone keeps the ATV dry behind a 2,000 lb ramp door. We also order the Weberlane ATV340, ATV350 and ATV360T, trailers the ATV tows itself.
